This is a friendly reminder that 6th Grade Orientation / New Student Orientation will take place tomorrow, Aug. 13 at the middle school gym in Onarga. Doors will open at 5:30. Feel free to grab your child's schedule in the gym lobby & then go drop stuff in your child's locker. Our official welcome will begin in the gym at 6pm sharp. Students new to the district may attend. We are excited to see you & GO RAIDERS!!! 7th & 8th grade students are invited to our Open House on Monday, Aug. 17 from 4pm to 7pm. Feel free to get your schedule from the gym lobby, drop your stuff in your locker, & meet your teachers. We look forward to seeing you!!!

Parents are now able to pay registration fees online for the 2026-27 school year. If you have not filled out the online registration forms please do so as soon as possible. You can pay online registration fees by logging into your Skyward account, clicking on the fee payment tile on the dashboard, and clicking the words “Click here to Pay Online” in the upper right-hand corner. This will automatically take you to the web site, E-Funds for Schools. You will then follow the instructions on the screen. If you have any questions regarding paying online or registration forms, please contact your building's secretary.

The 8th grade math team took 1st place in this year's Iroquois County Math Contest! 6 of our members placed in the top 10!

On Friday, IWHS Raiders boys basketball fell 34-49 to Lisle in the Beecher Shootout. Their next game will be Tuesday vs Hoopeston.

IWHS girls basketball picked up another VVC win tonight defeating Oakwood 45-38. The Raiders were led by Amelia Scharp with 16pts and Phyli Leonard who chipped in 12. The Raiders will face Chrisman on Wednesday night at home.
