Track:  Practice today from 3:30-5:00 pm at the Nexus Track.   Athletes: Remember that since track meets start up next week,  eligibility will be checked this Friday using 4th Quarter grades only! TOMORROW:  Parent Meeting at 5:20 pm at IWMS (after practice ends) 

Scholastic Bowl:   Varsity Only Match at Saunemin starting at 4:00 pm.   Bus Time:  3:05 pm.   Participants will be dismissed from 5th hour classes at 2:55 pm! 

High School Cheer Tryout:  High School Cheerleading Tryouts will be held April 7th - April 9th! Tryout Practices will be April 7th & 8th from 4-6pm at IWHS with a 6-7:30pm option if you are involved in a Spring Sport. Tryouts will then be Wednesday, April 9th from 4-6pm! 7th Grade DC Group: This group is selling Raider Beach Towels for your pool trips. We are also selling Benoit Greenhouse Gift cards that would make a great Mother’s Day gift! If interested, check with a fellow 7th grader!

Summer Baseball/Softball League: The IWYBSL will be holding informational meetings the next 2 weeks for Concession Workers/Volunteers. If you are interested in working or volunteering in the stands we encourage you to attend one of our meetings, as things are changing this year. Meetings will be held this Thursday, April 3 at 5:15pm at Talbert Concession Stand. The second meeting will take place on Friday, April 11th at 5pm at Mann/Gilman concession stand.

IAR Testing:  Please remember that we will begin IAR state testing tomorrow.  We will start with Explore but 1st Hour & 5th Hour will be swapped.  The schedule will go Explore, 5, 2, 3, 4, 1.  The test tomorrow will be ELA Test 1.  Good luck and give it all you’ve got!!!

Fact of the Day:  Good Luck on your bracket today!!!  Hopefully, you have some upsets sprinkled into your picks.  Statically, the 8-9 Game is a head scratcher.  51% of the time, the 8 takes out the 9.  If you picked a 10 to beat a 7, your odds go down to 38%.  Weirdly enough, if you have an 11 taking down a 6, your odds increase by 1 to 39%.  Lastly, hopefully you have a #1 seed in your final four and championship slot.  Since the field of teams increased to 64 teams, 25 of the champions have been a #1 seed followed by only 5 #2 seeds.  Again, GOOD LUCK!!!
