Fact of the Day:  On this Friday series of state laws, we continue with Delaware and DC (remember, DC is not a state!!!).  In Delaware, it is illegal to get married on a dare.  In our nation's capital of DC, it is illegal to post a notice in public which calls another person a “coward” for refusing to accept a challenge to duel.  And, remember, it is illegal in DC to give false weather reports.

Fact of the Day:  Did you know Abraham Lincoln is in the wrestling hall of fame? The 6’4″ president had only one loss among his around 300 contests. He earned a reputation for this in New Salem, Illinois, as an elite fighter.  His training regime was like something out of Rocky IV as his main way of training was chopping wood.  He chopped so much wood that one of his many nicknames was “The Rail Splitter.”

Cross Country:  Tobias Harkins set a PR and finished in 22nd place at the IESA Cross Country Sectional at St. Joseph on Saturday.
