Congrats to all 14 of our 8th grade volleyball players! You have represented IWMS well and we look forward to watching you in HS!
Congratulations to Jalisa Medina who took home 1st place in the Class 3A 7th Grade Girls' Long Jump this morning in Peoria! Jalisa set a PR with a 4.85 meter jump (approximately 15' 11" ) to claim the title! Great work Jalisa, Coach Boyd, and Coach Emerson! Way to Go!

Track: Congrats to any IESA State Qualifiers Gavin Kollmann in the 110m hurdles, Jalisa Medina in the Long Jump, 8th grade boys 4x200m relay. Sectional Meet Team Result: Both Boys 4x4 teams placed 2nd 8th improving their time by 8 seconds and 7th grade improving their time by 12 seconds, Gavin Kollmann placed 2nd in long jump, Karinne Hamilton placed 4th in the 800m run. Team pictures after school with uniform turn in followed by the team pizza party.
Club 40: Today you will get an information sheet at lunch about your Club 40 Points for 4th Quarter. If you achieved 40 points or more during the 2nd Semester you will also receive a permission slip for Thursday’s trip to Elevate! These slips are due Wednesday! If you think there is an error on your totals…please see Mr. Kimmel ASAP.
